Dearest friends everywhere,
We are delighted and honored to share with you a very exciting news.
After many years of wishes and activities (you probably heard about our fundraising “The Brick Project”) all the right conditions came together today, June 29th 2020, when we officially signed the purchase contract for our national retreat center, Karma Döndrub Ling, “The Place of Accomplishment”.
As some of you might remember, Lama Ole visited the land in 2017 and since then we have worked on all the legal and financial aspects in order to secure our work for the future years.
The land of 11 hectares is located in the most beautiful and prestigious part of Central Italy, Umbria, and will give us the possibility to build a retreat center of up to 900 square meters.
When we gave the news to our beloved Lama he replied, “now you have a beautiful project in which you can play with your creativity and skills”.
We have already started the design and architecture project of the retreat center and we are looking forward to sharing with you more details very soon.
